School bullying: recognise it, act, get help
School bullying means repeated mockery, insults, blows or exclusion. It is never your fault, and you can talk about it.
Warning signs
- Fear of going to school, frequent stomach or head aches
- Damaged or lost belongings, falling grades
- Unusual isolation, sadness, anger or withdrawal
What to do
- Talk to a trusted adult: parent, teacher, school nurse.
- Keep evidence (screenshots, messages) without putting yourself in danger.
- Report on SOS OSCAR, anonymously if you prefer.
- Call 3020 (school bullying); in immediate danger, 17 or 112.
